If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an applicable refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time you place the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

7. Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, payment is due when the order is delivered to you.

We reserve the right to contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Repeated refusal of legitimate orders, deliberate submission of false contact information, or repeated failure to accept COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Your purchase transaction is made directly with KidZone PK, not with Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services, but Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from KidZone PK.
