Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery Charges

A delivery fee of Rs. 250/- applies to all orders below Rs. 5,000/-. Orders of Rs. 5,000/- or more are eligible for free delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Order Verification

After placing an order, you may receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service team to confirm your order details and ensure accuracy.

Once your order has been successfully confirmed, it will be forwarded to our warehouse for processing and shipment.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if any item is unavailable at our warehouse, we may:

• Ship the available item(s) from your order; or
• Contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the available items or wait for the unavailable item(s).

Delayed Shipments

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including stock availability, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your shipment is expected to be delayed, we will notify you through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where applicable.
